I just got done reading the manga not to long ago.. oh god gainax what the hell do you have planned now??

so it takes a year and a half for the volume to actually release.... ok then, wonder if viz will do a simultaneous release liek they did with 13

Knowing gainax... there will be some kind of trollish ending or 28 pages of filler. I just don't have a good feeling in my stomach about this one. |

I thought this already got released in Japan... Hopefully Viz can license this one quickly (and include those bonus pages...) I sold my singles since I missed out on the pricey ones and went for the omnibuses, so I'll have to wait a bit longer. Hopefully there will be extra content in the last one, since it'll be a volume short.

Gainax has little to do with Evangelion now. They've got some rights, but most people responsible for Eva are now in Trigger, Khara and other studios |

November 20? Ugh, almost a year and a half to get it out in Japan, which means there's a possibility we wont see Viz's release here until 2015. <sigh>

Gainax has nothing to with it. The Manga is the creature of Sadamoto and his take on Evangelion is very different in theme from Anno. So the ending will be nothing like the tv series, nor the Eva remake by studio khara. |
