As hopeful as I was when I first glanced at the title, the article reads like the license has no hold on the anime itself, only merchandise. One one hand, it's a little disappointing; On the other hand, my fingers are crossed from Doraemon plushies.
Maybe one day someone will do an entire uncut boxset of all of it. one day . . . spoiler[when all of that other niche-within-niche stuff we want gets released] |

And remember folks, that's VIZ, not Disney.
Confusion like that happens all the time, on fan-board threads. (Clever tagline on the license ad, but couldn't his first appearance to US licensors in the ads NOT look like he had just been caught farting?) |

I would like to see those plush dolls at Toys "R" Us, Walmart, Target, and Barnes & Noble. I would also like to see them at Disney Store if possible (but we know that's not going to happen, despite Disney XD airing the show here in the States). |
