I think a Bright slap is the least of everyones' worries seeing Sayla-san with the Gundam Hammer. It'll be funny if she uses it on anyone and from the character's shown, I know who's going to get it first.

Indeed, i think it's a nice node to the mother who has been playing the character for more than 30 years. On the other hand, i think that the cast change from the originals for this anime is ok but i hope they don't keep doing that for other related shows in the future (Origin ?). |

It's not an all-new installment of SD Gundam (the franchise is looooong overdue and beyond ripe for another one; there's so much to rift…
 ), but it's close. Hope it has that same messed-up sense of humor and referencing as its predecessor.
