Calling it now, the light haired bishie, the childhood friend guy is gonna lose.
Its just what happens in most shoujo manga when there's a love triangle and black haired dude was the first love interest.
But, I would like to see this manga prove that theory wrong.

Ummmm, I'm not so sure, because there's also the rule of contrast, where the dark haired girl gets the light haired boy or vise versa (unless the mangaka is trying to save time inking and goes with two light-haired protagonists :) ). The way the premise is worded, I could see it setting up for the childhood friend to win in the end.
