Another bug:

The spoiler tags are not functioning properly in the "Topic Review" iframe when replying to a thread.

It seems /style.css is not included in this iframe, so all spoilers are visible.

Here is an example to illustrate when you reply to this thread:
spoiler[Works in regular thread, but visible in Topic Review]

Thanks, it's fixed. Also the topic review will now display UTF8 properly.
