I kinda expected this with all the YAMAHA in episode 1. They make good stuff though so this is awesome

I was somewhat surprised when a YAMAHA tuner was shown in the 1st episode, but then I thought that they (YAMAHA) might've been part of the Production Committee.

This brings a smile to this old man with his Yamaha Speakers, Receiver, Headphones & Turntable. Been a fan & customer of theirs for 37 years, they still make the good stuff.

I remember noticing the obvious Yamaha branding on the drums in the episode.
It's fine with me, though. I love my Yamaha tenor saxophone. <3 |

It makes a lot of sense to do some kind of tie-in like this. I remember hearing that beginner guitar sales went through the roof in Japan after K-ON! became such a hit.
And as others have stated Yamaha makes surprisingly good instruments too. I preferred to buy my flutes from more specialized companies but a lot of my friends had Yamaha student flutes and they were very well made. |
