I think it could've been more novel if the magazine suspended all the ongoing series for one issue, and release all the 35 one-shots at once, to commemorate the anniversary.

Wow, that's a scanlator's dream come time/nightmare wrapped into 1. I wonder how many will actually become full-blown series. Good luck!
