About time. Hopefully this means that the anime adaptation will soon be in progress too since its initial announcement.. Been really looking forward to that.

Finally. I'm glad they realized that cooperation would be for the best early on. Though I wonder what the settlement terms were...

Well, you guys already said "About Time" and "Finally" (was gonna say either ones, but its already taken. >_>)
But yeah, took this long, sheesh, and as much as you guys said, yeah, bring the anime adaptation back into light, and maybe/hopefully one day a localization of the manga, same with the anime if it ever gets green-lighted too. |

It took a year, but now that the issue has been resolved, I hope that the (hopefully the still viable) anime adaptation get move forward as well.
I know that the police were doing this to confiscate material, but I still think of it to be something like this, forced to work in a dimly-lit backroom, providing concept art and poses for the manga

So as it seems, that coryright agonic spasms by the half-dead SNK ended as simple thing when the company bought by the new China bosses.
More like the higher-ups in the SNK Playmore are changed by the new holder, who didn't wanted to touch that year-old deal, and choosed to cooperate with the Square Enix. |

Well, now that they've been bought by a Chinese company, there's no need for them to try to shake down Square Enix for cash.

Really hope that this means the anime will still get made. Though, that could be hard, as the studio has probably already planned upcoming series...
Can someone bring the manga over?

If there is legal proof that a com. allowed an artist to use a character but that company does retroactive infringement, is there a legal counterclaim against that company?
