Kinda looking forward to this one.
I've been reading the manga but also kinda curious to see how they will adapt it. Funimation will very likely dub this.

Ono D? Mhmm, I was picturing another Suwabe lead role when this was announced before... but well...
I am still hoping that King of Thorns would get a reboot... It's only proper!

FUNimation's on the production committee. It's pretty much a guarantee they will not only dub this, but give it the simuldub treatment.

Besides thwarting fansubs, what's the point of already licensing something that doesn't start airing for over 4 months? Even if they were to do simulcast and broadcast dubs, they likely wouldn't get the materials until at least late Dec.

Kadmos, I'd have to find exactly where it Justin Sevakis posted it, but he said in an answerman that it may have been cheaper for Funimation to buy in to the committee to get the rights, than actually try to scramble for the rights in the usual way.

I was curious about the manga, and I am quite anxious for Winter 2016 now thanks to this anime adaptation.

Sci-Fi and Cyberpunk are my definite cup of tea.

If an expert like Justin claims it, I will believe it.

Hmm...A cyberpunk-themed show...It's been a good while since I've watched one. I'll give Dimension W a shot.

If the author of the manga is the character designer for Darker than Black, why wouldn't he do the same for his very own creation? Too busy?

The dichotomy between the to main characters' clothes (traditional-esque and futuristic-looking) is nice.

Yeah, I quite like that too.
Can't freaking wait for this.
Always up for sci-fi stuff.
Love the art style. Loved the first trailer when it came out.
Elizabeth's design looks great too.
Staff looks quite good, I didn't realize Shotaro Suga worked on quite a bit of stuff I liked.
