Say what you will about the Battle System, but at least SE learned their lesson from FFXIII.

I agree. People need to stop being conservative and give this new battle system a chance. At least Final Fantasy can pride itself on constantly reinventing itself and never being stagnant. That to me is the hallmark of a great series. Besides, the demo was really solid and still introduces strategy despite being action based.
