I doubt even Clamp knows when if they would bring that series back. Per it's Wikipedia article, the manga "premiered in Monthly Asuka's May 1992 issue and ran there until the magazine's editors showed concern in the increasingly violent stories." Thus, they have had it in the waiting room since March '03.
