Jeez how many shows are Netflix getting for next Spring? This is, what, the third so far?

And they're announcing them well ahead of time, too. I somewhat expected this to happen with Amazon making longer-term deals for entire blocks. Netflix probably felt the need to get out in front of other companies if it was going to make much headway with its own licensed shows.

I definitely think they are getting serious about anime, but taking a different route than Amazon. Rather than trying to make big licensing coups, it seems like they are making true Netflix Original anime. I don't even know if their shows will be broadcast on TV, at least not before the entirety is streamed on Netflix. Actually this is exactly the role I want them to play, as an addition to the market rather than grabbing up regularly airing shows and keeping them till they're ready.

I expect one of them to be in March, which will technically be the Winter 2018 season.

They probably changed the title to not conflict with "Beautiful Bones-Sakurako's Investigation.
Anyway, that girl in the visual has got me interested.

The art style looks great. Always like Kazuto Nakazawa's character designs.
And Yoshihiro Ike always makes exciting soundtracks.
Hope this will be good.

The series itself might have a better chance at being good than how Netflix treats its anime licenses. That is, uncut and weekly streams available worldwide with 12 hours of the Japanese premiere date is how they should be doing it.
