Nah, I hope it stays on consoles, PC ports of these type of games most of the time turn out bad. I don't know why people still prefer this way of gaming when mostly this is the outcome. It's just as bad as people who buy broken games knowing that updates and patches will come out later and they're okay with it. Looking at you Assassin's Creed Unity and No Man's Sky.

I want to see it on pc too, i want this kinda of game to be played by many people as possible.

PC port is inevitable. It's the localised Vita port you should be worried about if you're waiting for that one.

The PC ports of Atelier Sophie and Nights of Azure are the best-looking versions, occasionally funky shadows and Sophie's lower resolution 2D assets aside. Firis had bigger problems, but it's still playable and you can "restore" some of the missing effects with ReShade.
At this point only Square Enix and Koei Tecmo are crapshoot when it comes to the PC port quality of their JRPGs. XSEED, Bamco, IFI and NISA all do a fine job.
