I hope the Japanese market in my area gets these. I'll definitely buy and try it.

I think part of it is, the female audience that enjoyed Marmalade Boy is grown up now and women enjoy their alcohol too. Why not cater to them with two things they love?

Well it could be something worse they could be associating Marmalade Boy with.
