I'll wait for the eventual 3DS port, since I am not getting a Switch. I have too many consoles already and am still bitter about the way Nintendo handled the Wii U.
The new, anime artstyle is surprising, but it's a bit jarring since only the characters have that sort of design. The backgrounds do not. |

I really, REALLY doubt this will ever get a 3DS port; that system is going to be on its last legs later in 2018 or even at most 2019. There's far more confidence in the Switch than the the Wii U has ever gotten so you're better off getting a Switch.

I'm hoping there a XeonGears /Xenonsaga game/anime sequel. I know this doesn't relate, but one can wish.
