I like the manga a lot and think it’s well done. From what I’ve seen the anime looks equally good. I hope someone brings this to America too.

My guess is it will be since ponycanyon USA periodically tweets about the ova and the official anime Twitter account even directly communicated with oversea fans. Like this https://mobile.twitter.com/asagao_anime/status/939113011070902272 and others.
