So, 70 year old Japanese mayor cosplays a character from a late night anime show. But everybody in ANN constantly says that virtually nobody in Japan is even aware of the existence of late night anime.
For a 70 year old man he is doing great. I though he was in his 50s when I glanced at the picture. |
