Reminds me of how painful it was to get through the first volume of Shield Hero; like the reviewer says, it's sometimes hard to tell whether it's the original author or the translation, but while some LNs are fantastic reads, others can read as an awkward middle schooler's first attempt. Undecided whether i'll pick this one up yet, there are other CIW works i'm more interested in at the moment (Obsessions of an Otome Gamer V2 when?!)
