I didn't expect this to be made into an anime at all. Mostly because it's pretty short. Now, when will I hear news of World's End Harem having been greenlit for an anime adaptation?

I cannot wait to see the scene animated when she lifts the MC onto her shoulders to reach the circuit breaker and her face goes from a smile to -_- when she feels his boner on the back of her head and all he can do is cover his face with his hands xD

Depends on the location. Most locations in the world have age of consent below 18 and some may not have laws against students and teachers. At worst teacher would be fired, but not prosecuted. It varies in the US as well. There have been a few news stories where the student has come to the teacher's defense, and one I recall with the parent's support.
