"The Ultimate Test" is taking the piss a bit. From what I've seen and heard, this game holds your hand like no other. Which is a real shame, since it'll be the first Kanto game since gen 4 changed how physical/special moves work. Would love to get a Hitmonchan that can use the elemental punches effectively, instead of as a gimmick.

Blue/Green's origins go further back than the Pokemon Adventures manga. She was meant to be a female PC, and she showed up in a bunch of promotional material for the game in Japan before she was cut. It wasn't until FR/LG that her design was updated and incorporated into the games as "Leaf".
