Whoa whoa... I had no idea Dai was going to be there!! I'm frustrated now 'cause although I absolutely want a game where I can play as Dai, this one looks sooooo bland...

Dai definitely deserves his own game/adventure.

Curious if Dai has a new voice or using archive from the anime since we know sadly Toshiko Fujita passed away late 2018.

Unless they sample his voice from the past recordings and synthesize it into using reading lines, I don't think they'll do that because a vast amount of Dai's arsenal never made it into anime material in the first place. If they're going to use it, there's little impulse to seek to reproduce to original VA at all costs.

Plus no matter how talented Fujita was, I doubt they could've pulled the voice from our memories after this much time...

From what I hear, it's a different actor voicing Dai and after this much time and given the circumstances it's hard to expect otherwise...

This Dai sounds like Masako Nozawa (Dragon Ball's Goku)

I tried playing during the beta weekend but the couple of times I did the servers were down.
