Is there even enough manga material to do a complete story arc of Kase-san? At least with Fragtime, they can adapt everything completely. Though I am curious if this is going to generate a similar amount of hype and success as Kase-san. The whole theatrical OVA format could be good for those single-volume yuri manga titles that's been appearing quite bit lately.

Even if you do not count sequel volumes, Kase-san has enough material to do one more OVA. Though, I doubt we'll ever see more.

When she stops time, does she call upon her Stand, The World?

It will be just 1 ova, but it is worth every second, unlike those anime harem clones of quintuplets and the girls who study, This is a treasure unpriced by everyone.

Oh wow, I completely missed this announcement back when it first got announced. I never would have expected Fragtime to get an adaption, but I'm really glad it is. Hopefully it adapts the full series in the OVA (shouldn't be too hard, right?). Probably won't do as good as Asagao to Kase-san since it's shorter and more obscure sadly.
