Considering how beautiful Garden of Words was, another Shinkai film involving lots of rain sounds wonderful. (trailers already look amazing) The romantic angle seems a bit low-stakes compared to his last film, though.

Print the manga using a waterproof cover, you cowards! Although Shinkai is considered to be something of an auteur now, I am sure his fans will still gravitate towards a gimmick.
