Death Stranding is no longer a PS4 exclusive. In countries where the PS4 websites list upcoming PS4 exclusives they've removed the game from the lists going back to May. It's also been pointed out that the game cover has never been shown with an "Only on Playstation" logo. Probably wont be on Xbox, but a PC version is expected now, wouldn't be shocked if it was an EGS release.

This is unsubstatiated rumour. The websites in question also don't list other exclusives like DREAMS and Concrete Genie. And are also EU sites. Pages might be down in anticipation of news from Gamescom. And the game is still listed as exclusive on PSN.
