The DEAD LEAVES anime (#2021) was released in cinemas in Japan (on either 16 or 17 –sources don't agree on the exact date – January 2004), six months before its home video release (in June 2004), so its format should be "(movie)", not "(OAV)". Theatrical releases of animated movies under an hour long are quite standard in Japan.
