It sounds like it's just about contracts that have non-compete clauses in them. It's still entirely possible to get a former client blacklisted with connections, but then no real laws can really stop social networking.

There have been some cases of singers having to have zero public profile for a year after leaving the agency. Will any kind of time restriction once the artist leaves the agency be banned?
