I've read this will be very confusing for anime-only watchers, so...not sure whether to watch it or not.

The reason why this took 2 years to come out legally is because it's timed with the ongoing story of the English (a.k.a. North American server) version of the game (which is 2 years behind Japan). If you're not caught up with what's happening in the game's story currently then this short will make absolutely no sense to you.

Plus its especially confusing if you are not Nasuverse fan in general.
