I wonder if this is going to be like his last anime original where it's an all female cast as far as the main characters.

Warlords of Sigrdrifa had an all-female main cast of four characters, while the side cast is about equal in gender ratio but the focus is still on the main cast. This will likely have a male protagonist with the blue-haired girl being the heroine and potential love interest.
