I really find it hard to believe that the uptight Shinomiya family would let Kaguya play something as declassé as mah-jong, and certainly not in that outfit.
I didn't know Kei was on the middle school student council. I'm guessing no Fujiwara because the voice actress was not available. |

Personally, I'm more surprised there's an English release of a Mahjong game done by an Asian company, and being classic Mahjong, not the Shanghai version like the ones normally seen in western countries.
