The cover shows the title "恋するアミカ (Koisuru Amika)" by 秋川実佳(?)
It seems to be a made-up manga and author, and google results brought up a couple references to the Yano-kun's Ordinary Days manga (where it was featured in one of the chapters)! Fun to see how they made it "real" :) |
