I dont know why they are coming to the UK. The UK has been surprisingly cold to Sailor Moon.

They just got the anime back since Crunchyroll licensed it for the UK.

That's true but we dont even know if that release is successful, and if that even if it was successful, it would be enough to make this musical a success.

It might just be a Japanese vanity thing to say the show toured across globally iconic cities. If they were doing this for money, they probably should've done a few in SoCal or Toronto and Vancouver. (If they can find an appropriate venue, LA is probably not off the table.)

Likely they're doing London because London already does a lot of anime themed stage plays.
