How about something original? The last thing the anime industry needs to pour its resources into is more crappy Miraculous stuff.

Agreed. Make an original show for their Japanese or Japanese-interested audience.

I mean it isn't original (which was part of the charm) and the writing is uneven, but that's what you get when you've done 140+ episodes, 4 specials, and a movie that retells the story not unlike what modern anime does, all across 10 calendar years and 4 different American platforms. Clearly something is working, otherwise Disney wouldn't have picked it up 5 years ago and allowed it to continue through to today.

Maybe this means we'll finally get a true ZAG tokusatsu series.

Didn't the whole Miraculous show start with an anime pilot/title sequence before they decided to pivot to 3D? I remember seeing that somewhere online (think they even used it as a background thing in the show as a movie-within-the-show). Seems it's all come full circle lol.

Oh I wasn’t talking about MLB I was pointing out the comedy of asking for original media productions which will get made and then be ravaged for all the things I mentioned.

You make adaptations of things people complain you make orignal stuff (here and there) and people complain. To be sure the complaints aren’t always made without reason but still.
