OK, I didn't expect the British studio behind Wallace & Gromit to be doing a Pokemon animation. So we can't classified this as anime despite being based on a Japanese IP. So this is going to make the "what counts as anime" debate more interesting and convoluting at the same time.

Cute riff on Shaun the Sheep.

The fact that wooloo looks pretty much on-model makes me wonder how much they'll be allowed to stray from the official pokémon designs, if at all. If not, hopefully their comedy and craftsmanship will make up for it.
That said, the focus on Galar is on-point. |

Shaun the Sheep but Pokemon.
Alright, I’m paying attention. |

Oh boy, can't wait for that discourse when someone mentions it slightly in some Best Anime of [whatever season] list on this site.

Aardman + Pokemon? This is going to be the best thing ever.

Well, if you didn't know, I've already set up a thread on that topic back in February. So feel free to read and give your thought on that. |

Aardman has a history of producing shorts that don't use the "house" style as seen in Wallace and Gromit or Chicken Run, so all things considered it'll probably be quite on-model. Plus, TPCI likely would have some kind of design bible that Aardman would have to stick to, for branding purposes. |

Brand synergy has been such a devastation for creative works. Seeing Pokemon in Aardman's classic style would be neat |
