I would love to see them accomplish the impossible by having them add and dub movies 1 to 7, 9, and 11, as well as the first 7 TV specials (including One Piece Fan Letter), the remaining One Piece/Toriko crossover episodes (not to mention the rest of the Toriko anime series), the OVAs, and the featurettes. And as I've said before, filler or not, no anime is complete without having them released overseas and dubbed.

Though they are sub-only.
Can I assume that the reason that they were never dubbed is that after finally getting the One Piece licence, Funimation only had the time and resources to dub new entries in the series? Or is this just a case of there not being enough demand, even from One Piece fans, for these titles to be dubbed.

I’m pretty sure that was a UK only release from Manga UK, as far as I’m aware, those movies have never been released in the US by Funimation or Crunchyroll.
As for demand for the films, at the very least, movie 6 is in reasonable demand given that it was directed by Mamoru Hosoda, director of Summer Wars, Wolf Children and Mirai, among others.
Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island is literally the only Hosoda film that hasn’t been dubbed in English yet. Even his Digimon films are dubbed uncut and dual audio, and Digimon is largely an edited for broadcast only dub.

That was by Manga UK, with poor, outdated video and wonky subs.
