This is good for the studio since Frontier Works has been part of the production committee for over 182 anime projects. This means Frontier Works can fund their upcoming projects, and if they're serious, they could expand the studio's workforce and connections with other studios. It also looks like they are planning to develop original IPs, so they’ll likely produce more original anime rather than collaborating with publishers. As for the comment above, every big and small studio outsources their anime except for Kyoto Animation, so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing in that sense, since these studios are also receiving work from them. Additionally, Yokohama Animation Lab has been assisting other studios in producing anime, so I think it's common sense for others to do the same. It's also helpful for other studios to accept outsourced work from other studios since they don't have to wait for their next projects to be funded by the production committee. This allows them to continue working and maintain a steady cash flow. This way, they can work on projects from different studios instead of being stuck working solely on their own studio's projects.
