Well, if they can get me to tear up during the trailer I imagine the movie won't have any issues doing so as well.

was hoping we'd get this in theaters months ago. Doubt it will be near me anyway tho. Guess I'll go check when the JP blu-ray is releasing though that might be too expensive with tariffs

Opening this for a one day sub-only screening in the same week that Chainsaw Man opens is crazy work. CR really isn't giving this film a chance (let alone the fact they haven't even announced international release dates yet either)

Feels insane to say that Prime Video has treated the other major KyoAni work this year with a significantly better amount of respect.

^ Also, no word on a dub yet. And we all know how weird Crunchyroll is about dubbing film sequels.

Yup, we waited about 3 years for the Sasaki and Miyano movie to get dubbed and they still have Laid Back Camp, Gridman Universe, Tanya the Evil, Bloody Escape and Isekai Quartet on the backburner (and that's putting aside the sequel seasons that still remain undubbed)

Incredibly frustrating how Crunchyroll can't even do this much.

Miss Kobayashi and KyoAni deserves better than the way Crunchyroll is treating this film.
