I love how SE likes to throw more mobile and gacha-based games at players and hope players buy into them. I've already done this song and dance with SE twice (Final Fantasy Record Keeper and Kingdom Hearts X/Unchained X), both of which had their service ended years ago.
Dissidia just never really interested me as a player. Visually, it has always looked great to watch. I'm hoping that it last longer than the First Soldier, but in a way, I hope if fails, and SE focuses on their non-gatcha games. However, money talks volumes, and SE likely needs it to fund other projects.
I'm looking forward for their other works in progress, like the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy, and hoping for additional games. I'm still hoping for World of Final Fantasy II, as WOFF Maxim hinted at more to come.

I'll wait and see what the gameplay and story is like. I enjoyed playing Opera Omnia until it started to get excessive with the reworks and crazy long fights with very specific party compositions. It's not that enjoyable if I have to look up guides or smash my head against a wall every two weeks.
Don't really mind if it's dor mobile as long as it's good and not pay to win/expensive. I don't expect games to receive unending support nor do I want them to.

Feels like we deserve a full new Dissidia on consoles.
