I tried with and without quotes, searching for the chinese name, and "time agents" but it doesn't come up.

I checked the alphabetical listing, it is not there under that name. Most likely because it is Chinese not Japanese.
This site is specifically for Japanese media. Other anime adjacent stuff from other countries does sometimes make an appearance but it is not automatic.

Oh I see, thanks. I did find out about it from an article on this site. It's on crunchyroll so not a China only kind of thing but fair enough.
