I was just wondering what would happen to the rights of a show like Cho Kosoku Galvion when the production company goes bankrupt and it has had no major distribution. Do they go to the publisher? The head producer of the project? Are they sold off as assets? I really don't know much about law, let alone Japanese law, so any sort of explinaton would be greatly appreciated.
