i just finished watching school rumble 2nd term and i was wondering when they r going to release third semester.

As always, mere speculation is pointless. If the manga goes on longer and some company decides to animate it, I'm sure ANN will post news about it. Until then, all you see is all you get. Just be happy with it and move on to other titles in the meantime.
