first 16 episods of dbgt not dubbed?

Confused I no this is an old topic but i want to know why they didn't dub these episodes. Anyone know why? Confused

Well i got first 16+ eps dubbed in english,sometimes it just depends on where u go to get them.

Ah, the first part of Dragonball GT hasn't been dubbed yet by Fun (I don't know about that English dub that frosted has.) The reason is that Fun is out their friggn' mind. They skip the first part to just right to the action, or "the good stuff". They will get to the first part of the series at a later date. When, probely after Fun gets done dubbing the last half or gets their minds back in to check.

Funi just decided that the first 16 eps SUCKED so they thought no one wanted to see them. They are right in that those eps do suck, but it should still be the fans decision on whether or not it worth seeing.

What happened, is that they decided to jump straight into the action to try and hold the attention of all those ADHD kids out there, rather than start out with all that bothersome background junk. They will eventually release the first 16 eps dubbed, but it probably won't be for a while, possibly not until they finish the rest of the series.

I hope they DUB them soon CN is premeiring the show in October. And I hate Subtitles the say the oppisate of the dub.

IIRC, they are dubbing it all. THey are just not giving the first 16 to CN.

I'm sure CN will show them eventually, probably after the Baby saga when they know they've captured their fans, then the Baby saga again, then move on to the Super 17 saga (x2) and eventually the Dragon saga (x2). They were really afraid of losing their fans if they showed the slower episodes first, so logicly once they've got their fans they'll go back and do things right.

Personally I'm not buying the DVDs until I can start from the begingin.
