I was searching for some albums from Ayumi Hamasaki Particullarly her album called Duty but I couln't find where to buy it.

Does anyone know a good jpop music store online?

CD Japan. Find it here.

Then, there's always Amazon.... it even has English help these days....

If you don't care about having the Japanese version, Yesasia carries legitimate overseas versions.

Personally I DO want to have all Japanese versions, so I stick with CD Japan who (in my experience, at least) does a better job than YesAsia or Amazon.jp.
