Just a quick question on how to enter information in the 'Releases' section of an encyclopedia entry.

For example, Dirty Pair: Affair of Nolandi, should entries make not of the differences between release:

2006-11-24 (Japan DVD - Remastered)

Or stick to the usual:

2006-11-24 (Japan DVD)

What if a title's just been reissued without being remastered?

EDIT - Also what about Blu-Ray or HD-DVD releases?
