Tekken questions

With the Tekken movie, I know it's said to be bad, but does it include all of the characters (like more "unknown" characters like Armor King or Bryan Fury)? Also, is it one of those movies that "true fans will enjoy", blah blah blah, ir is it simply bad - no value at all? Finally, which game does the plot come from, or is it not really related to the games (maybe similar to TTT)?

It's simply bad, and it is based off the 2nd game. At least I think it's the 2nd game. Or right after the 2nd game. Jin has a short appearence. Not all characters make appearences. Example: No Xiaoyu.

But anyway, the Tekken movie is just bad. I'm a fan of the Tekken game series, and the movie was just painful to sit through. No value at all.

It just sucks, If you are a "fan" of Tekken, you might enjoy seeing the characters animated, but I doubt it.

I think it does have armour king, but I don't think it has Bryan Fury. BRIAN FURY! Maybe it had the wrestler dude...King... Don't remember. Have blocked the memory from my mind. Gun Jack, was Gun Jack in it? Aww heck, here's the encyclopedia page on it, so you can just look at the cast list. The movie is just awful...awful I say! I mean, you can watch it. It'll numb your mind for that 1+ hour or so, though.

I think it's loosely based off the first game, Heihachi is in charge of the Mishima Empire and Kazuya comes to overthrow him, which I think was the loose plot of the first? But, some characters are thrown in here that weren't present in the game and vice-versa, so it is indeed a very loose basis on the original Tekken game.

Oh yeah, and it sucks too. Anime exclamation

I humbly disagree with this statement. There is a scene in the movie where a woman throws an axe at Heihachi. So what does he do? The only sensible thing of course, he catches it in his teeth and bites it in half!

If that's not sheer comedic value then I don't know what is. Other than that though, I agree, it is a terrible movie.
