trying to frame another student? now that is dirty and should probably get 2 years for that alone. If Mal ware isn't really illegal I wonder why he felt the need to do that, assuming this was done before he got caught.

I vote for the death penalty on this one.
Viruses, malware, spyware and any other malicious codings tick me off. I really don't understand why anyone sees the need create these kinds of things. While I'm on the topic, I suppose anyone involved with hacking for foul purposes, sending spam mail, or making pop-up ads should also get the axe. Just my two cents... |
