Cant think of a better place to ask then here...and lolicon is a genre of anime.
NOT trying to start a 300 page debate here, just asking a simple yes or no question here followed with a viable explanation of why or why not. I actually asked this before, but since its hidden in the middle of a long thread and never got an answer out of, Ill ask it directly. Question ....Is it ok to be an underaged Lolicon Fan?. For example, a kid is like 13 or 12 and under...and the kid gets his/her kicks out of watching lolicon...and even pornographic ones. Is it ok for him to like it as though a kid likes reading fairy tales? Why or why not?? This question came up because in every debate on lolicon, no one ever gave a thought to possible underaged pedophiles(technically, anyone whos below 15 and is in love IS a pedo). I mean, it might seem creepy if a 50 year old man is obsessed with kiddie porn. BUT do people frown on a 12 year old liking lolicon? I mean, it is ok for people to be into regular hentai with legally aged woman, so wouldnt it be ok if a 10 year old is into hentai involved with girls that are HIS age and not some college chick old enough to be his mom? I just needed to ask this question...its been clawing at my back for a long time...without getting answered. |

I wouldn't really know but I'd think it'd think from a legal standpoint, it would be more along the lines of sexual harrassment instead of pedophilia or lolicon if the person was arround the same age as you and you went and bad touched them. Either way it isn't much better and still against the law and punishable with fines/jail time/community service. As for looking at photos and such, it all depends on who's computer the porn is on when the police raid the house I guess.
 I'd say looking at photos of somebody your own age is a little more natural then a middle aged dude looking at the same stuff. Anyhow, here is not exactly the best place for this. I suggest looking up a website dedicated to the laws of your state/province/country, specifically Juvinile Laws if you want a more accurate answer. Something like this would probabally be helpful to you though you'd have to cut and paste it since this board is adverse to having paranthesis in links I guess.

oops heheh. I made you think I was the 13 or under individual. Actually Im older...not yet in my twenties...but nearly there...So Im allowed to hit on anybody whos age begins with a 1...and is a 2 digit number without being branded a pedo.
And I guess by looking at lolicon and such...I meant via websites or magazines on the floor(I once walked an entire block and the road was riddled with torn pages of playboy, it was a windstorm the night before). Sorry I want clear enough... Im mainly asking because of 3 reasons. 1.No one else knows or have any opinion of this particular question anywhere else...I can ask my friends, class, or any other people I know....they dont even know what lolicon is. 2. Im generally looking for the POV of a general public whether their anti pornography fascists or pro everything hippies. 3. By adding the first 2 points up, I concluded this place would be the best area to answer... I can't really answer this question myself, because I personally think lolicon is completely fine to look at, some people like it for the erotica, some people for the cute pictures, some for both, and some for other reasons. And since I am ok with people being into lolicon...its MORE then obvious that its ok for a minor to be fappin at pictures of kids their own age...since to the public it;ll be less creepy in everyway. |

I think 12 year olds enjoying porn with 12 year old characters in it is fairly logical. If anything it's probably more "acceptable" than 18 year olds enjoying porn with 12 year old characters, unless you think kids in puberty shouldn't watch porn (and why was that again?)
