Well that sucks that the anime section on Yahoo Japan is only viewable in Japan...
Other requirements: Windows, IE 6.0 or above, WiMP 11 with DRM turned on, FLASH 9+

I like this anime. The only downside is that the episodes are too short. They have potential to be an actual series of episodes way longer than 4 minutes. Oh well...
