It's so funny that they have to say that in Japan nowadays! 
Also, ever wonder why the J-choco companies called it White Day? (No, not that, ya pervs.) It's because they don't want guys receiving chocolate from girls on Valentine's Day to re-gift the chocolate for White Day - they have to buy white chocolate = more sales! Genius!
