So how is this different from Restaurant to Another World, other than being about a bar instead of a restaurant? I haven't seen that show, but they sound almost exactly the same.

Staple Isekai-setting food animu. Not that I think this is a blatant rip-off from last year's Isekai no Shokudou, but they are awfully similar...

Doesn't the source material for Otherwordly Izakaya ~Ancient Capital Aitheria Izakaya Nobu predate the source material for Restaurant to Another World? I thought it did but I could be wrong.

So people calling it a copy of Isekai Shokudou ... yeah no

You would be correct. From this article: "Semikawa launched the novel series on the Shōsetsu-ka ni Narou ("Let's Be Novelists") website in 2012, and the series won the site's "Ni Narou Con Taishō" contest award. Takarajimasha began publishing the story in print with illustrations by Kururi in 2014". Where as Restaurant to Another World started in 2013.
Which means this series started one year before Restaurant To Another World, also while both are similar in concept they are actually pretty different. I personally prefer this series and I'm looking forward to the anime adaptation.
