Aww, no love for Ranma? Well, I guess they did reverse the Shampoo and ice skating arcs in the anime. I always found it pretty memorable that a guy Ranma hated stole his first kiss while he was transformed.

While there are other candidates I'm sure lots of people will provide, this was a damned fine list!
The only one I have even the slightest quibble with is Saya, who at least got kissed by someone she cared about and who cared about her, even if the circumstances weren't exactly ideal. Her little brother, on the other hand... I hated then and still hate the Takeo/Sunakawa kiss, because Sunakawa was downright terrified. |

not really. considering what happened i don't think he had an issue with it since it was out of his control! though at least they didn't go onto a massive spite spree and added oreimo's ending kiss involving kyoskue & kirino! and the one involving saya and haji was definitely NOT hated by the fans at least. now the one involving diva and riku is A WHOLE OTHER STORY ENTIRELY!

Akane later accused Ranma of getting his/her "first kiss" from Kunou in an all-out attempt to win the school's Romeo & Juliet drama festival, not realizing that duct tape over the mouth doesn't count. She figured it out later, though.

There is also Evangelion kiss scene from Shinji and Asuka which later transforms into a really dramatic part of the finale.

Count me in as surprised that the Naruto/Sasuke "kiss" meme didn't make it on the list. Also, every scene in which mouth-to-mouth resuscitation is set up as a "kiss." Now that CPR standards say mouth-to-mouth is unnecessary, does anime still do this?
